As it says in the internet tag above this video is about a festival at Yagons Pagoda in Burma. It reminds me of experiences I had at the Boudanath Stupa in Kathmandu, Nepal and at Bodhgaya in India in 1985 and 1986 and also of experiences in Bangkok, Thailand during that time.
