Francis Bacon: The Scientific Method: Novum Organum

1.  I found this button. What appears to be happening here is Francis Bacon's argument for creating the scientific method which has now become reducing all observations to 

   1. Hypotheses

   2. Theories

   3. Laws

   by doing this as much as possible instead of flying off incessantly into unprovable conjecture more sane and reasonable decisions can be made in life by so doing in literally all directions at once or even one at a time. This is the premise of the Scientific Method:
