I was watching Wolf Blitzer and a guest discuss Obama and the Republican letter to Iran about the nuclear deal with Iran and I got to thinking on a deeper level about all this.
What if Obama realized that there is no way shape or form that we can do a deal with Iran because information came to light that the Iranians weren't being honest in any way? This info could have come from Israeli spies, American Spies or literally from any credible source.
Obama would then know we absolutely could not sign a deal with them. So, what might he do?
He couldn't come right out with this information so maybe he would pass this info secretly to the Congress and the Republicans came up with this idea in horror of the security information they found.
The end result of this would be no deal signed but both Iran and the U.S. save face during this process.
So, on paper it all looks pretty strange but in reality it might be something completely different than any of us are being told.
Because always there is what is said in public and there is what is said in private in politics and they are always about 180 degrees apart from each other and this is the way things always have been and likely always will be.
Why else would Republicans demonstrate to the world that we are this dysfunctional a nation in regard to Governance?
It was also mentioned today that there likely would be no deal with Iran by the end of the March deadline which makes what I'm saying here even more credible.
However, I would say at present that there could be a partial agreement but likely not a full agreement at least at this stage.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
