Whitaker cannot be the Attorney General really even for a day mainly because any case in any Federal Court can now (potentially be thrown out) because of Whitaker being Attorney General. Any Federal Case now can make the case that him being there is unconstitutional and may win and have their case thrown out now in ANY Federal Court in the land simply because Trump putting Whitaker in (without approval of the Senate confirming him) is unconstitutional. So, if you have a Federal case now you should also file for it being made an invalid case because of Whitaker's being appointed Attorney General simply because Whitaker's appointment is unconstitutional.
There can be NO JUSTICE (at least at a Federal level) with a known partisan like him as Attorney General as Trump's carbon copy henchman!
