The U.S. Ambassador to South Korea was attacked by a man with a razor in Seoul today. I'm looking at a video on DVR from NBC Nightly News. When I stop framed it it looks to me like he has been slashed on the forehead lightly, on his right cheek and possibly on his left inside palm likely when he tried to protect himself. It is unknown at present what the man's motivations were who attacked him.

according to U.S. government sources in the U.S. and South Korea.
